To lead and manage the IT Department in ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient operation of the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. The IT Manager provides strategic direction for IT initiatives, ensures compliance with security and governance standards, and oversees a small IT team. 1. Develop, coordinate, and conduct IT awareness and user training programs, including cybersecurity practices, data protection, and proper system usage, in alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.
2. Provide management with insights on IT risk posture and recommendations for improvement.

1. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Experiences: Minimum 7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with business applications and integration.
• Knowledge and practical application of ISO27001 and ISO9001 standards will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of IT governance, compliance requirements, and data privacy regulations.
