Job summary

A leading automotive service provider in Rawang is seeking a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in automotive or related fields and a minimum of 1 year experience in the automotive business. Responsibilities include managing service appointments, promoting sales, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required. A valid class D driving license is also necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in automotive related business or equivalent.
• Possess a valid class D driving license.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer daily service needs as compliance to SST procedures.
• Registration and control of service appointments.
• Promote service and parts sales.
• Coordinate with Job Controller/Foreman on work progress status.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct appointment reminders and post-service follow-ups.
