Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of our production facilities and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic issues
• Support breakdown maintenance to minimise production downtime
• Conduct regular inspections and report abnormalities or potential risks
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, GMP, and company standards
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage
• Assist in installation, modification, and improvement works when required
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to support operational needs

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems
• Able to work on shift and respond to emergency breakdowns when required
• Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on attitude
• Good teamwork, discipline, and safety awareness

Preferred Skills

• Experience in food manufacturing environment is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of PLC, automation, or industrial equipment
• Familiar with preventive maintenance systems and documentation
