Job summary
A leading spare parts provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated individual to assist customers with spare parts orders and sales. Candidates should have excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malay and English, with knowledge of vehicle spare parts considered a plus. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with spare parts orders.
- Coordinate and drive spare parts and service sales.
- Respond to sales inquiries via multiple channels.
- Process customer orders using the company system.
- Highlight promotional items to drive upselling.
- Monitor and manage customer credit limits.
- Prepare and submit sales reports accurately.
Skills
Education
- Assist customers with spare parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate and drive spare parts and service sales by collaborating with internal teams (delivery, purchasing, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing detailed information on product pricing, availability, photos, and specifications.
- Process customer orders including generating sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices using the company system.
- Highlight promotional items and introduce new products to customers to drive upselling opportunities.
- Monitor and manage customer credit limits and actively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation in a timely and organized manner.
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate (Min SPM)
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malay, English, and Mandarin proficiency are an advantage.
- Disciplined, self-motivated and independent
- Computer literate
- Having vehicle spare parts knowledge will be an added advantage
