Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director to formulate and implement strategic business plans and sales strategies to achieve corporate sales objectives, ensure sustainable profitability, and maintain the company’s leadership position in the market.
  • Identify and evaluate potential overseas market opportunities, including planning and participation in international trade exhibitions.
  • Oversee and assume full responsibility for the management and performance of all overseas Key Accounts.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly performance reports to the Director.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and the company to drive sales growth, secure new business opportunities, and expand market share.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with overseas distributors.
  • Prepare sales budgets, conduct sales performance analysis, achieve assigned sales targets, and monitor Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Willing and able to travel to head offices in Thailand and Malaysia.
  • Proficient in English, with strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • An engineering qualification will be considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and expanding overseas distributor networks.
  • Experience in planning, organizing, managing, and evaluating international trade shows.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the Asian region.
  • A results-driven, career-oriented professional with a strong determination to achieve success and deliver outcomes.
  • Confident and self-motivated, possessing strong analytical capabilities and a global business mindset; able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
