Job Purpose and Role

We are seeking a Sales Representative to support the growth of our cloud-based software platform designed for psychiatry and behavioral health practices. This role is responsible for identifying prospective customers, presenting the product, and closing new subscription-based accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and engage psychiatrists, therapists, and behavioral health practices
  • Educate prospective clients on Psychiatry-Cloud’s features, benefits, and value proposition
  • Conduct product demos and sales presentations (training provided)
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on leads consistently
  • Close new subscription‑based SaaS accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in:
    • Healthcare
    • SaaS
    • Telehealth
    • Medical or digital health services
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
  • Comfortable working in a commission‑based compensation structure
  • Self‑motivated with strong time‑management and follow‑through skills
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to psychiatrists, therapists, or healthcare practices
  • Familiarity with:
    • Healthcare SaaS
    • EHR, practice management, or clinical software
  • Existing professional network within healthcare or mental health industries
Compensation
  • Commission‑only compensation (no base salary)
