Job description
The opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our Client Engagement Management team at EY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client adoption of our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) program, increasing program awareness, and enhancing customer satisfaction across various geographies. This role involves working closely with clients to educate them on the program, facilitate onboarding, and ensure a seamless user experience on our technology platform.

Your key responsibilities
  • Identify and engage clients, understanding their needs, addressing their queries, and closing deals to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Educate clients on the structure, pricing terms and benefits of the SCF program to drive adoption and program awareness.
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations of the technology platform to showcase the user experience and ease of transaction.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and usage of the platform, and ensure preparation of client agreements in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of client onboarding, maintaining accurate records and providing insights to the management team.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and additional stakeholders, directing them to the appropriate contacts when necessary.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to further improve the SCF program, delivering efficiencies and optimized operations.

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Flexibility to undertake assignments at client’s premises and are open to contractual employment.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • The role would be supporting Thailand market hence local language proficiency would be an added advantage.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven records in sales, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Drive to exceed sales targets through strategic client relationship building, deep understanding of customer needs, and delivering customized, value‑driven solutions.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Experience in B2B sales/ corporate sales or a comparable role.
  • Experience from banking or financial services industry.
  • Experience working with financial products or services.
  • Familiarity with supply chain financing concepts.
  • Exposure to project management, process improvement and training and development.
