Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Saturday (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM).

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to exceed performance goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer payments and provide exceptional after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and market analysis.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
