You will report to the Regional Sales Director – ASEAN, Japan & Korea, CGIU, who leads Oracle Communications’ Networking Solutions business across the broader region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive direct and indirect sales of Oracle Communications Networking Solutions to communications service providers (Telecom Operators) across Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos
  • Achieve and exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets for product (hardware, license) and first-year maintenance, ensuring sustainable growth across the territory
  • Develop, manage, and expand strategic customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to address business challenges and propose solutions aligned with customer roadmaps
  • Prospect proactively to build and maintain a robust pipeline, increasing awareness and market penetration for Oracle Communications’ Networking Solutions portfolio
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle - from opportunity identification, qualification, value articulation, and solution positioning to pricing, negotiation, contracting, and successful deal closure.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell of advanced and complementary solutions
  • Engage and manage partner relationships - including System Integrators, Resellers, and Distributors - to drive indirect business and broaden Oracle’s market reach
  • Collaborate closely with presales, consulting, product management and product marketing to craft tailored presentations, proposals, and value propositions that address customer needs.
  • Coordinate with other Oracle lines of business to leverage synergies, identify joint opportunities within the Oracle installed base, and maximize overall account value
  • Maintain deep understanding of Oracle Communications products, competitors, and industry trends, ensuring the ability to articulate technical and commercial differentiation
  • Provide accurate pipeline forecasts and sales reporting to regional leadership, maintaining full compliance with Oracle’s internal governance and business conduct standards

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business or related field
  • 7+ years of direct sales experience in the telecommunications or networking domain, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets
  • Proven experience selling to service providers (Telecom Operators) across Southeast Asia, preferably in Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, or Laos, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer landscapes
  • Deep business and technical acumen, with the ability to connect technology capabilities to customer business drivers, transformation priorities, and strategic outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success managing full sales cycles independently - from opportunity identification & stakeholder engagement through to negotiation, closure and beyond
  • Experience leading direct customer engagements including C-level discussions, technology presentations, solution workshops, and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong experience engaging with end customers and partners within the Unified Communications, Contact Center, and broader telecom network domains
  • Expertise in networking technologies, including Cloud Native 5G Core, Converged Policy, Signaling/Control Plane (3G/LTE/5G SA-NSA), and Session Border Controllers (SBC) for Access, Interconnect, IMS/VoLTE, and Session Delivery for CCaaS/UCaaS
  • Collaborative mindset and adaptability to work effectively with presales, alliance & channels, sales operations, product management and marketing in a matrixed team environment
  • Ability to navigate complex business situations and competitive landscapes, with knowledge of major industry competitors such as Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, ZTE, Ribbon, and AudioCodes
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating within a large, global technology or telecommunication provider
  • Familiarity with Oracle Communications Networking Solutions portfolio or equivalent competitor offerings.
  • Demonstrated success working through both partner and channel ecosystems to drive revenue.

What We Offer:

  • Ownership of a dynamic, multi-country territory within a globally recognized technology leader
