A leading ceramic manufacturer in Kluang, Malaysia, is looking for a qualified candidate to oversee QAS operations and ensure compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include troubleshooting raw material issues, managing technician tasks, and conducting audits. Candidates should possess a degree in Material Technology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering and preferably have hands-on experience in the ceramic industry. The role offers the opportunity to improve QAS programs and contribute to the safety and cleanliness of the workplace.
To be responsible for QAS operation in CRC.
To be responsible for stockpile compliance and quality compliance of raw materials.
To work closely with technical department to troubleshoot problems which are related to raw materials.
To review and develop any potential new raw materials or supplier.
To ensure continuous improvement of QAS Programme and Raw Material Department.
To report regularly to the supervisor on progress of work.
To work to achieve the desire targeted point of 5S.
As a compliance committee to implement, review and update the risk management of Anti-Bribery and Corruption for Raw Material Department.
Participate in internal, external audits regulatory inspection.
To maintain the cleanliness and the safety at the workplace.
Guide and develop Technician.
Arrange and manage jobs given to technicians in Technical division.
Provide technical guidance to technicians.
