You Will

  • Perform various checks and reconciliations on a daily basis to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with filing and monitoring chargebacks. Review, analyze, and resolve chargebacks disputes efficiently and accurately
  • Perform other financial adjustments for users and preparation of bank refunds
  • Maintain various daily reports and ledgers.
  • Support month-end activities by preparing and maintaining supporting documentation
  • Work closely with other teams to achieve a smooth operation and improve our user experience
  • Provide recommendations for process streamlining and improvements.

Requirements

  • Finance Professional - 2-3 years of working experience with a Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Economics. Experience in the financial industry will be a plus!
  • Fearless Self Starter - You are interested in working and growing with a fintech start-up.
  • Analytical and Detail Oriented Thinker - You have excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to manage confidential data. You also possess an open mind with a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent Communicator - You are able to communicate well with stakeholders and can work well in teams and independently.
