Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in retail, including 4+ years in jewellery or management / 具8年或以上本行經驗，包括4年珠寶管理經驗
• Communication: Strong customer service skills & written communication in English, Chinese, Cantonese & Mandarin / 具良好銷售及顧客溝通技巧 / 能操流利國語、粵語及英文及中英書寫能力
• Business acumen: Logical thinking and analytical ability / 具有良好商業思維、邏輯思考及分析能力
• Leadership: Ability to coach, motivate a sales team and meet targets with strong sense of responsibility / 具有良好領導才能及富責任感，能指導和激勵銷售團隊完成銷售目標
• Availability: Work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster / 輪班工作，並能夠在週六日工作
• Technical: Proficient with POS systems, Microsoft applications and portable devices / 熟悉POS系統及Microsoft應用

• Department Operations: Assist to manage the operation of the department / 負責管理部門日常運作

• Efficiency Improvement: Manage goods flow and improve employee efficiency / 負責管理部門營運、貨品流量及提升員工積效
