Job description

Oversee and manage all phases of production line including mixing, baking, and cooling, flow wrapping, cartoning/boxing and labeling.

Ensure production schedules are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Monitor production line performance, identifying and implementing corrective actions.

Lead, supervise, and train the line crew on equipment operation, quality checks, and safety procedures.

Track and report daily packing output, efficiency rates, and packaging material usage.
