A leading automotive company in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to provide retail administrative support throughout a customer’s journey, from order to delivery. Responsibilities include conducting vehicle inspections, coordinating logistics, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, possesses relevant education, and is capable of multitasking effectively. A valid driving license and good communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Your focus is to provide retail administrative support to complete a customer’s journey from order up until delivery. You will need to liaise with external parties including customers and banks/FI as well as networking with internal stakeholders to complete the processes. Your direct report would be the designated Branch Operations, Assistant Managers.
