We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and dynamic individual to join our growing team as a Junior Operations Executive. In this pivotal role within our Operations Department, you will be supporting the team in delivering seamless operational processes and enhancing service excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to build a solid foundation in operations management, customer support, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Assist senior executives and team leads in executing daily operational tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure workflow continuity, timely delivery of outcomes, and alignment with company goals.
Manage and resolve customer inquiries, disputes, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized.
Prepare, analyze, and distribute comprehensive reports, highlighting findings, trends, and actionable insights for internal use.
Proactively recommend enhancements to reporting tools and operational workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the development, documentation, and enforcement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational best practices.
Conduct routine quality checks to uphold high service delivery standards and operational compliance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of operational processes and interactions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify process improvements and streamline operational activities.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management, contributing flexibly to departmental objectives.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in an operations support, administrative, or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis) will be a significant advantage.
Familiarity with Contracts for Difference (CFD) trading and MetaQuotes platforms (MT4/MT5) is an added asset.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
Excellent communication skills — written and spoken English proficiency is mandatory; multilingual abilities are a plus to ensure smooth communication.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented and collaborative culture.
Flexibility and willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
