A company in human resources is seeking an experienced HR & HR Assistant to support daily HR functions in Penang, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will manage attendance, prepare HR documents, assist in recruitment, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Qualifications include a diploma or degree in HR or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are required for effectively handling employee relations and HR tasks.
We are looking for an experienced HR & HR Assistant to support daily human resource functions. The candidate must have strong knowledge of employment practices, basic understanding of Akta Kerja 1955, and be able to handle staff matters firmly and professionally.
RM2,200 – RM3,500 (based on experience)
Monday – Friday
8.00 AM – 5.00 PM
Saturday
8.00 AM – 1.00 PM
