We are looking for an experienced HR & HR Assistant to support daily human resource functions. The candidate must have strong knowledge of employment practices, basic understanding of Akta Kerja 1955, and be able to handle staff matters firmly and professionally.

HR & HR Assistant
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage attendance records, leave applications, and employee data.
  • Prepare HR documents such as warning letters, memos, notices, and employment contracts.
  • Assist in recruitment: job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with Akta Kerja, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and company policies.
  • Handle employee enquiries, minor conflicts, and disciplinary matters with confidence and firmness.
  • Maintain organised HR filing systems and documentation.
  • Support management in HR-related decisions and tasks.
  • Perform any other duties related to HR as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR or HR Assistant roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, firm, and able to handle sensitive HR matters professionally.
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary

RM2,200 – RM3,500 (based on experience)

Monday – Friday
8.00 AM – 5.00 PM

Saturday
8.00 AM – 1.00 PM
