The Role

Are you passionate about payroll accuracy and compliance across multiple markets? We are looking for a Regional Payroll Specialist to manage the payroll processing for multiple countries. We are more than a payroll team—we are the backbone of employee experience. Our Regional Payroll function delivers centralized services for over 10 countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. What will you do?
  • Own the Process: Manage end-to-end payroll for markets like Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and Mongolia using a payroll system.
  • Drive Accuracy & Compliance: Validate calculations, reconcile payroll, and ensure alignment with statutory regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver Insights: Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, statutory submissions.
  • Keep Us Organized: Maintain clear documentation for processes, approvals, and pay advice.
  • Innovate & Improve: Contribute to HR projects that simplify work and drive automation.
  • Be the Expert: Advise stakeholders on payroll procedures, statutory contributions, and income tax matters.
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Min 2 years of payroll experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource, Mathematics, Accounting or other relevant discipline.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Independent, organized, and time conscious.
  • A team player with a growth mindset and appetite to learn.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel at Intermediate level.
  • Able to read Traditional Mandarin will be an added advantage to support Taiwan’s payroll.
