A company in the HR sector located in Kuantan, Malaysia, is looking for an HR Assistant to assist with payroll preparation, recruitment processes, and daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or higher in Human Resource Management or related fields. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle various HR tasks, including payroll calculations and support for training programs under HRD Corp.
Assist in payroll preparation, including driver trip & overtime calculation, allowances, and deductions.
Support the recruitment process: job postings, screening candidates, arranging interviews, preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
Assist in applying training programmes under HRD Corp (e.g., grant applications, training approval, and claim submissions).
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and perform other HR duties as assigned.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Requirement: Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or related field.
