Job summary
A Human Resource Management Company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in quality assurance, including 5 years in a management role, and must be proficient in Mandarin due to business needs. Responsibilities include leading quality systems development, engaging with senior-level representatives, and managing non-conformance reports. This position offers an opportunity to foster a high-performance team and support continuous improvement in quality activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance with at least 5 years in management.
- Industry experience in CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, assembly, and testing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide management direction for quality activities on projects.
- Lead development of Quality systems and procedures.
- Engage with senior-level representatives across functions.
- Monitor and support supplier quality metrics and corrective actions.
- Promote Quality culture awareness to various organizations.
