Indoor Sales & Marketing Executive (Software Solutions)

Handle online sales enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, website, and social media

HRM (Human Resource Management) system

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system

Training room rental services

HRD Corp-claimable (HRDF) training courses

Various company IT products and solutions

Conduct online product demonstrations (Zoom/Google Meet/Teams) for HRM, CRM, queue system and other software products

Provide pre-sales and basic post-sales support to customers

Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and invoices

Maintain and update the customer database/CRM and sales pipeline

Work with the marketing team to execute online marketing activities, including campaigns, email blasts and promotions

Assist in promoting training room rental and HRDF courses to existing and new customers

Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Requirements
