Job Responsibilities
Staff Claims & Medical Claims Administration
- Check, verify, and process all staff claims and medical claims in accordance with the Employee Handbook and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping for audit and reporting purposes.
- Assist in resolving claim-related queries from employees.
- Handle monthly utilities and amenities bills (e.g., electricity, water, internet, office subscriptions, etc.).
- Ensure timely verification, processing, and submission to Finance for payment.
- Keep systematic records for tracking, monitoring, and budgeting purposes.
Expatriate Affairs & Visa Processing
- Assist in expatriate hiring matters including document preparation, coordination with relevant authorities etc.
- Manage visa applications, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with agencies, government bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing.
Telecommunication & IT Requisition
- Process requests for telecommunication and IT services (e.g., mobile lines, internet, SIM cards, company devices).
- Coordinate with service providers and internal IT teams to ensure timely activation and support.
- Maintain accurate records of telecommunication usage and approvals.
Travel Arrangements (Backup Role)
- Serve as a backup personnel for flight and accommodation arrangements for local and international travel.
- Assist in booking transportation, lodging, itinerary preparation, and ensuring travel-related approvals are in place.
General HR & Administrative Support
- Provide ad hoc administrative support and carry out tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Support GA-related functions such as office coordination and staff welfare arrangements when required.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
