Aesthetic Doctor jobs in Malaysia

We are seeking an LCP-certified aesthetic doctor to lead and pioneer a new REGENSIFY Clinic in Johor Bahru.

This is a Medical Director Track role offering a high guaranteed base (starts from RM25,000++), additional LCP/PIC allowance, and a simple, transparent procedure-based commission structure, without aggressive sales pressure. Potential to earn over RM 35000-RM37500 ++ per month or more after add in LCP allowance and commissions.

REGENSIFY is a Singapore-formulated cosmetic and supplement brand with a strong D2C e-commerce presence across 40+ global markets, including USA, Australia, Malaysia, European Union, United Kingdom and Canada. We want to integrate our online customer base with an offline flagship aesthetic clinic in Johor Bahru, giving doctors the unique opportunity to treat patients who already know and trust our brand, while upselling complementary products effortlessly.

REGENSIFY Clinic is a next-generation medical aesthetics clinic focused on evidence-based treatments, regenerative aesthetics, and long-term patient outcomes. As part of the REGENSIFY ecosystem, we want to integrate medical aesthetics with our cosmetic and supplement products together into one.

We are expanding and seeking a passionate, ethical, and LCP-certified doctor to grow with us.

We will need your LCP license to register clinic. Fresh new LCP holders are also encouraged to apply. Looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible

Be the pioneer doctor to help us setup our first aesthetic clinic in Johor Bahru

Perform aesthetic medical procedures in compliance with MOH and LCP regulations

Provide professional consultations and individualized treatment plans

Deliver injectable and energy-based treatments (training provided where applicable)

Knowledge of Regenera Activa and various hair mesotherapy injections will be advantage

Uphold high standards of medical ethics, patient safety, and documentation

Collaborate with management on clinical protocols and service development

Participate in continuous learning and clinical skill enhancement

Valid LCP (Letter of Credentialing & Privileging) in Aesthetic Medicine

Must be able to let us use the license to register the clinic (Additional monthly allowance provided for LCP License usage/PIC responsibilities)

Fully registered medical doctor (MMC / SMC or relevant authority)

Strong patient communication and consultation skills

Ethical, professional, and patient-centric mindset

Willingness to grow with a developing brand and long-term vision

Experience in injectables, energy-based devices, or regenerative treatments is an advantage (but not mandatory)

Independent and willing to help us build our first clinic (2700 sq ft) in Johor Bahru

Competitive remuneration with performance-based incentives. High Monthly Basic (starts from RM 25,000++) + LCP License Allowance + Commission (Procedures). Will have EPF and SOCSO.

REGENSIFY wants to build an integrated medical aesthetics + health and beauty platform combining online and offline experience, merging products and services. We are very strong in our ecommerce and want to bring our online customers for an offline experience through aesthetic treatments. Our strong marketing expertise in leads generation will position us differently from other conventional clinics.
