Job Responsibilities
  • Work with external parties to conduct remuneration and fringe benefits survey to ensure the company maintains an attractive package to attract the best talents.
  • Stay up to date with new trends, developments, law, and regulations related to the administration of compensation and benefit.
  • Update compensation and benefits program’s policies and procedures.
  • Prepare necessary statistical analysis and reports related to HR for the senior management.
  • Manage compensation and benefits budget.
  • Assist manager in reviewing job evaluation and the job grading, salary benchmarking process.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Key Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
