Job description

Assist in preparing annual increment, bonus, and promotion data submissions.

Support pay structure maintenance, job evaluation and salary benchmarking exercises.

Assist in preparing C&B reports and presentation materials for management review.

Administer Group Employee Insurance (GHS, GPA, GTL) enrolment, deletion and claims with the insurance provider.

Track benefit utilisation and assist in renewal data preparation.

Coordinate employee communication related to benefits and claims.

Maintain benefit databases and ensure timely vendor invoice processing.

Performance Management
  • Support end-to-end coordination of performance cycles, documentation, and timelines - KPI Setups, reminders and data compilation.
  • Prepare summary reports for performance calibration and analysis.
  • Assist in monitoring performance ratings and linkages to reward outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support for system-related issues or user queries.
Succession Planning
  • Update and maintain talent profiles, readiness levels, and dashboards.
  • Support data collation for leadership review and reporting.
  • Consolidate information from business units on critical roles and potential successors.
  • Track progress of development actions and update records.
Reporting
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on headcount, salary movement, and benefit costs.
  • Support documentation of policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and governance requirements related to C&B.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of working experience in HR, preferably in C&B, payroll or performance management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
