The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field, with at least 3 years of HR experience and expertise in AutoCount HR & Payroll software. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with full HR exposure.
• Experience with AutoCount HR & Payroll software is required.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Act.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process including job posting and onboarding.
• Process monthly payroll accurately using AutoCount software.
• Lead the annual performance appraisal process.
• Handle employee relations issues professionally.
• Promote a positive work environment focused on employee engagement.
