Job summary

A design studio is seeking a Human Resource Assistant to handle HR administrative tasks and assist in recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or related field and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential, with a keen attention to detail. Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates who can start in January 2026 will be prioritized. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle general HR administrative tasks and maintain the HR filing system.
  • Update and manage employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate staff training, events, and internal activities.
  • Ensure all HR documents are organized and handled confidentially.
  • Provide support to management and assist with ad-hoc HR projects.
