Personal Assistant to CEO
Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the CEO. You will serve as the first point of contact with internal and external clients, manage schedules and appointments, and handle complex travel arrangements. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, possesses strong communication skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. This position is crucial for maintaining an efficient office operation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive.
- Comprehensive understanding of office management systems.
- Exceptional planning and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for the CEO.
- Manage incoming requests and queries.
- Book and manage complex travel arrangements.

- Act as first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients.
- Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage the CEOs diary, schedule meeting and appointments, and provide reminders.
- Book and manage complex travel arrangements.
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed.
- To assist in the Companys daily operations and to ensure a smooth operation.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive.
- Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications.
- Exceptional planning and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- A qualification as a PA is advantageous.
- Knowledge in MICROSOFT OFFICE, especially email system (Outlook) basic computer usage.
