Job responsibilities:

• Manage and complete full-fledge home-fiber installation.
• Solve customer problems by offering product solutions and giving them the best product experience.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell products to customers.
• Meet performance KPI and sales value that has been assigned.
• Coordinate complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fibre (WiFi solutioning, & Smart Home).

Job requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder.
• Prior sales background preferred.
• SPM qualification with solid sales experience considered.
• Must be willing to work outdoors.
• Own transport required.
