Job summary
An IT recruitment agency is looking for a Japanese-speaking IT Technical Helpdesk professional in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. This role involves providing technical support to clients primarily in Japanese, with other tasks related to customer service. Ideal candidates should have a professional certificate in IT or Computer Science and possess strong communication skills. The position welcomes new graduates and candidates without prior experience. Qualifications

- Intermediate to business level English for native Japanese speakers.
- No strict experience required; open to recent graduates.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support mainly in Japanese via phone, email, and chat.
- Record and update call logs in the database, CRM, and ticketing system.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Skills
Education
The job involves providing internal IT support to both Japanese and non‑Japanese clients as an L1 level technical support role. This is a B2B position.
- Provide IT support (server, system, PC troubleshooting, etc.) to clients mainly in Japanese via phone, email, and chat, with some inquiries in English.
- Record and update call logs in the database, CRM, and ticketing system.
- Other related tasks.
- Professional certificate in IT/Computer Science.
- Preferred candidates with experience in IT-related work or customer support.
- Open to applicants with no experience or recent graduates.
- For non‑native Japanese-speaking candidates: Advanced to fluent level in Japanese (reading, writing & speaking, minimum JLPT N3 required).
- For Japanese native candidates: Intermediate to business level English.
