Job Description:

• Develop and implement comprehensive promotion strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and coordinate promotional activities, including deposit bonuses, IB rewards, trading competitions, referral programs, and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for promotion.
