About the job Data Center Product Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Evaluating and developing DC Facility solutions in various scenarios, and regularly make market insights and analyse the application scenarios.
• Deeply participating in sales projects,communicate with technical-level customers and partners, provide product technologies, output solution design, promote the implementation of key requirements, resolve product issues and risks in projects, and ensure to win the projects.
• Participating in activities such as industry exhibitions and technical exchanges, grasp the industry development trend, and demonstrate the company's professional image.
• Responsible for solution GTM, manages market segments, and make plans and executes marketing activities.

Competency requirements:

• At least have 3 years experience in the data center field, familiar with the overall solution architecture of the data center, and familiar with the power distribution, HVAC, weak current, and fire extinguishing subsystems. Familiar with the main equipment of the data center, including the UPS, air conditioner, diesel generator, chiller, transformer, and power distribution cabinet.
• Have experience in pre-sales bidding for data center MEP integration, overall design of data center solutions with a load power of more than 3 MW, and preparation of related bidding documents. Be familiar with the bidding process for DC integration.
• Familiar with the specific requirements of the industry data center standard Uptime/AIT942.
• Understand the cost of each subsystem and the overall cost of the data center.
• Language: Able to use English as the working language for communication. Chinese is an additional advantage.
• Education background: Bachelor degree or above, major in power distribution or HVAC.

Skill requirements:

• Have a basic understanding of the main application modes of the DC Facility in various scenarios, including product solution design, solution presentation, and market strategy making etc.
• Be familiar with Data Center project design principles and specifications. Familiar with the core components of the products, such as UPS, cooling, DCIM system.

Professional knowledge requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical automation or other related fields.
• Proficiency in English is preferred for this role due to frequent interactions with global team. Candidates with additional language skills are encouraged to highlight them in their application.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, ability to travel internationally and adapt to diverse working environments.
