About the job IT Executive, Microsoft Dynamic 365

IT Operations & Support

• Ensure reliable performance of IT systems and infrastructure across the organization.
• Monitor, track, and collaboratively resolve IT-related issues reported by users.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to streamline troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
• Oversee the inventory and lifecycle management of hardware, software, and other IT assets.
• Support ad-hoc IT initiatives and projects as directed by the Managing Director or immediate supervisor.

ERP Implementation & Configuration

• Lead the deployment and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet organizational needs.
• Configure and adapt ERP solutions in alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

System Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Deliver ongoing support and perform regular system maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Promptly diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and user productivity.

Integration & Data Management

• Ensure smooth and efficient integration between Business Central and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to facilitate data migration, synchronization, and system updates.

Business Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze existing business workflows to identify areas for improvement through ERP-driven solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to convert business requirements into effective technical implementations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and updates.
• Design and generate reports and dashboards to support performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.
