Job summary
A private company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an accounts professional to manage the complete set of accounts including receivables and payables. The candidate will prepare online banking, perform bank reconciliations, and assist with various finance-related tasks. A bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred, with 1-2 years of experience, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A strong team player with attention to detail and a positive attitude is essential for this position. Office located near public transport.

Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts including Receivable, Payable, Journals, and Cash Book.
- Prepare online banking and perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Assist with procurement, documentation, and ad-hoc assignments.
Skills
Education
Handle full set of accounts - Accounts Receivable, Account Payable, Journals, and Cash Book.
Prepare online banking.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly closing of accounts & reports and timely submission to the Management.
Assist on procurement and documentation.
Assist Financing and annual review.
Assist ad-hoc assignments, as and when required.
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, part ACCA. Those without qualification but with experience are also encouraged to apply.
1-2 years relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
PC literated and good working knowledge of accounting software such as UBS, SQL, Auto-Count, Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Must be Team Player-Independent, Meticulous and strong sense of honesty and responsibility.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
Punctual and have a great attitude - “Can do” attitude and ability to search for innovative solutions.
Willingness to learn and upgrade skills.
Deadline oriented.
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Office located near LRT station.
5 working days per week.
Willing to work in Bukit Jalil and Bandar Puteri Puchong.
