Responsibilities

The Business Director is responsible for the development, deployment, and execution of strategy and tactical plans to achieve sales and distribution objectives that ensure profitability and market share in Malaysia & Singapore according to the Annual Business Plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or an MBA (preferred)
• Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing experience from multinational consumer goods companies
• Distribution knowledge and experience with administrative & financial tools management
• Proven P&L accountability
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Analytical thinking
