Responsible in providing assistance in the repair and preventive maintenance, attend breakdowns of all types of elevator units and machineries with assigned area/s of responsibility.

To manage assigned projects to be:

• Within Company’s standards
• Schedule to meet handover date
• Manage project costing
• Manage Sub-contractor & quality of handover

Tooling Management and Inventory

• Tooling management
• Inspection arrangement and preparation
• Liaise with authorities for product and design approval

• Accurate drawing for site implementations

• TREX Process Implementations
• Attend coordination meetings
• Progress monitoring & updating
• Quality inspections and record consolidations 1st schedule submissions
• Programs, planning, progress updating project manager as required.
• Resources planning & sub-contacting assisting PM as required.

• Better control and meeting contract commercial

• Authority submission and inspections
• Safety inspection and Compliance.

• Ensure company’s Safety and Health procedures, work instructions, programmes and requirements are implemented in responsible area/ activities.
• Overall, responsible for site safety and organize inspections or patrols and take remedial action if necessary.
• Report, investigate injuries, damages and loss incurred.
• Promote action to prevent occurrence of accidents and initiate analysis to discover accident trends.

• Minium diploma in Engineering
• Project Management experience preferable in lift & escalator industry
• Self-motivated and dynamic
• Able to communicate well to all levels (I.e Main-contractor, sub-contractor & other trades)
• Able to manage sub con and main-con
• Able to lead a team
• Experience in project management for Lifts and Escalators
• Experience in Lift & Escalator JKKP code
