PROPERTY DEVELOPER ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER/SENIOR EXECUTIVE
About the role
PINNACLE HOMES Groups of Companies is seeking a dynamic and driven Property Developer Assistant Marketing Manager/Senior Executive to join our team nationwide. As a full‑time role, you will play a crucial part in the marketing and promotion of our exciting property development projects within the Property Development industry.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Pinnacle Homes' property developments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns to generate leads and drive sales
- Manage and monitor the performance of marketing initiatives, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and media outlets
- Support the planning and execution of property launches, events and other promotional activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis and customer preferences to inform marketing decisions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy for Pinnacle Homes
- Develop marketing strategy and liaise with creative agency on marketing materials and sales kit
- Manage marketing budget and deliver all marketing activities within set budget
- Develop in-depth understanding of major market segments through market research and project benchmarkning
- Conduct, monitor and coordinate market research, external trends analysis and market surveillance of property development to facilitate the feasibility studies of projects
- Coordinate daily operations of the sales gallery and show units
- Ensure the application/renewal of Developers’ License and Advertising Permits and/or other relevant permits required and are valid at all times
- Ensure the submission of mandatory reporting to authorities on time
- Assist sales inquiries, sales leads, presentation and closure, including attending to potential purchasers and follow up on cases
- Build a team with high level of customer service culture
- Prepare reports required by management
- Undertake other duty and responsibilities as instructed by authorized personnel as needed
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or sales role within the real estate or property development industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in the use of marketing tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, social media platforms and digital advertising
- Creativity and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Knowledge of the Property Development industry and current market trends
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with especially Mandarin‑speaking clients. Ability to communicate local dialects with all levels of stakeholders internally/externally would be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills is a must
- Multitasking with high abilities to work under pressure
- Able to work under minimum supervision with strong sense of responsibility
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills, effectively addressing customer issues and controlling business impact
- In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies and best practices
