We are seeking a fast-learning, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute our e-commerce and digital marketing activities. This role focuses on e-commerce enquiries, social media management, affiliate & influencer coordination, content creation, and basic advertising execution.

The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, proactive, comfortable with AI tools, and able to think and act quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

• E-commerce & Social Media Enquiry Management
  • Handle and reply to enquiries from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Ensure fast response time and zero missed messages.
  • Support basic customer service, product enquiries, and lead follow‑ups.
  • Maintain a professional and consistent brand tone.
• Affiliate & Influencer Support
  • Assist in collecting affiliate / influencer contacts via social media and ads.
  • Coordinate communication with affiliates and product testers.
  • Manage product sample distribution and tracking.
  • Maintain records of affiliates, samples sent, and follow‑up status.
• Social Media Management
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content on social platforms.
  • Monitor comments, tags, and messages daily.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and platform changes.
  • Support livestreams, promotions, and campaign activities when required.
• Content Creation & Canva
  • Create simple marketing visuals using Canva (posts, stories, ads, listings).
  • Assist with captions, copywriting, and basic content ideas.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
• AI Tools & Advertising Support
  • Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) for captions, replies, content drafts, and organization.
  • Assist in running basic Facebook ads for lead collection (training provided).
  • Monitor simple ad performance and report results.
• Reporting & Administrative Support
  • Maintain organized records for enquiries, affiliates, samples, and campaigns.
  • Prepare simple reports and summaries for management.
  • Track timelines, tasks, and follow‑ups.
  • Support the Director / marketing team with daily administrative tasks.
• Ad Hoc & Special Projects
  • Assist with special assignments and marketing initiatives as required.
  • Support cross‑functional tasks when needed.

• Preferred: Minimum 1 year working experience in social media handling.
• Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, or related fields.
• Familiar with Canva.
• Comfortable using AI tools and learning new systems quickly.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English (Chinese is an advantage).
