A leading e-commerce company in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated professional to lead TikTok livestream and video operations. This full-time role involves developing sales strategies, managing a creative team, and optimizing video content to achieve sales targets. Lead Desince’s TikTok Livestream and Video operations. Manage hosts and content creators to achieve sales targets through engaging content, data analysis, and strong team training.
Develop and execute TikTok Live plans to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Plan show scripts, product storytelling, and engagement tactics for each session.
Monitor livestream performance in real time and take action to improve conversion rates.
Lead and mentor TikTok hosts and content creators.
Conduct regular training on hosting skills, camera presence, and sales techniques.
Create a high-performance, creative team culture.
Oversee creation of high-performing TikTok videos aligned with brand tone and sales objectives.
Repurpose top live moments into short videos to boost visibility and engagement.
Work with the creative team to maintain consistent visual standards.
Track key metrics such as conversion rate, engagement rate, and video ROI.
Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement findings into new livestream and video strategies.
Collaborate with E-Commerce and Product teams to plan campaigns and product highlights.
Provide management with regular performance reports and improvement plans.
Support management with ad-hoc projects or initiatives to achieve company goals.
Minimum 2 years of experience in TikTok Live or video content management.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

RM6,000.00 – RM10,000.00 per month + Sales Incentive
