We are a fast‑growing e‑commerce company specializing in the development and management of in‑house brands across multiple categories, including Wellness Supplements, Pet Care & Food, Footwear, Personal Care, Fragrance and Confectionery. Our primary sales channels are e‑commerce platforms, with TikTok Shop emerging as our most dynamic growth platform.
Key Responsibilities
A. Live Host Coordination & Support
- Prepare, plan and schedule weekly live host timetable to ensure full coverage.
- Brief hosts on daily/weekly promotions, campaigns, product highlights and talking points.
- Ensure live hosts are well‑prepared before going live (scripts, product info, stock update).
- Provide guidance, coaching and feedback to hosts to improve performance, presentation and engagement skills.
- Assist in solving any issues that arise during live sessions.
B. Live Session Monitoring
- Monitor live hosts during their sessions and ensure they follow SOP, script and guidelines.
- Track daily live performance – GMV, viewer engagement, conversion and live quality.
- Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to enhance live results.
C. Content Planning & Preparation
- Work with the content team to prepare listings, descriptions, prices, visuals and scripts for live sessions.
- Ensure products are ready and well‑organised before each session.
- Coordinate sample arrangements and product set‑up for live hosts.
D. Performance Reporting
- Record and update daily/weekly live hosting performance data.
- Provide actionable insights to the marketing team and management.
- Highlight issues such as KPI shortfall, poor hosting performance or attendance problems.
E. Team Communication & Cross‑Department Support
- Communicate closely with warehouse, product team and marketing team for product availability and upcoming campaigns.
- Ensure all internal communication between live hosts and the company is clear and accurate.
- Assist in resolving live host scheduling conflicts or urgent manpower changes.
F. Operational & Administrative Tasks
- Ensure all live host SOP, guidelines and KPI documents are followed.
- Assist HR/Management in onboarding new live hosts (training, shadowing, system set‑up).
- Support any marketing tasks such as content planning, campaign execution or admin tasks when required.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields.
- Experience in live streaming, e‑commerce or content creation is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle fast‑paced live operations.
- Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
