  • Develop and curate engaging, high‑quality visual and video content tailored for Instagram, XHS, and TikTok, highlighting new collections, fashion trends, and brand lifestyle.
  • Manage daily posting schedules, ensuring consistent and timely updates on each platform.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar that aligns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Craft and implement platform‑specific social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis, adjusting strategies based on engagement metrics and sales data.
  • Integrate social media plans with broader marketing and e‑commerce strategies to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
  • Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
  • Collaborate with fashion influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach and credibility.
  • Organise and execute platform‑specific events, challenges, and giveaways to foster community and increase engagement.
  • Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates.
  • Use platform‑specific analytics tools to gain insights and optimise content and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations to improve social media effectiveness.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s voice, style, and visual guidelines, reflecting the fashion brand’s identity.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and competitor activities to keep the brand’s social media presence fresh and relevant.
  • Maintain a cohesive and visually appealing brand aesthetic across all social media platforms.
  • Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing content that aligns with current fashion trends and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure social media activities are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the e‑commerce team to drive traffic to the online store and increase conversions through social media.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role within the fashion industry.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for fashion brands on Instagram, XHS, and TikTok.

  • Deep understanding of Instagram, XHS, and TikTok, including their algorithms, features, and best practices.
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills, with a flair for creating compelling fashion content.
