Photo Retoucher (On-Model Apparel) (Multiple Shifts Available)

We are seeking experienced Photo Retouchers specializing in on-model apparel to join our Kuala Lumpur production studio. These roles support global fashion and e-commerce clients, delivering high-volume, high-quality retouching across model photography. Positions are available for both day shift and evening shift (aligned with UK hours).

The ideal candidates have a strong eye for detail, understand fashion aesthetics, and can produce clean, consistent, natural-looking retouching under fast-paced timelines.

Responsibilities

• Retouch on-model apparel imagery, including skin cleanup, hair refinement, garment shaping, color correction, and overall enhancement.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency across large image sets for fashion and e-commerce clients.
• Apply retouching guidelines and maintain brand-aligned aesthetic quality.
• Ensure color accuracy, texture retention, and natural-looking results across diverse skin tones and lighting.
• Review and address QC feedback quickly and accurately.
• Work collaboratively with producers, designers, and international teams to align on deliverables and deadlines.
• Maintain organized file structures and follow established production workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in on-model apparel retouching within a studio, agency, or fashion/e-commerce production environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (masking, liquify, frequency separation, skin and fabric refinement, color grading).
• Strong understanding of lighting, color accuracy, skin tone handling, and garment visual presentation.
• Ability to manage high-volume retouching with speed and precision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret retouching guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with cross-regional teams is an advantage.
• Ability to work the shift applied for (see below).

Evening Shift (UK Alignment)

• Evening working hours aligned with the UK business day
• On‑site, Kuala Lumpur
• Works directly with UK creative and production teams
