  • Manage daily operations of online marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), including product listing, order processing, and promotion setup.
  • Monitor stock levels, pricing, and product information to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure campaign readiness and smooth execution.
  • Liaise with marketplace partners and vendors to resolve issues, negotiate deals, and explore growth opportunities.
  • Assist in creating short and attractive product descriptions, visuals, and promotional content.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, campaign results, and customer feedback, preparing regular reports for management.
  • Support the planning and execution of campaigns, exclusive deals, and promotional bundles.
  • Stay updated with marketplace trends, digital marketing practices, and platform policies to optimize performance.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field (fresh graduates with strong interest will be considered).
  • Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) and basic digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for sales and stock data analysis; comfortable using design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, with strong communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
