• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, live commerce, or key account management.
• Solid understanding of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplace operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about e-commerce, live streaming, and digital content trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the company’s live hosts across multiple platforms.
• Oversee and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce partners (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, concerns, and operational matters in a timely and professional manner.
• Assign brand accounts or campaign opportunities to hosts and creators based on their performance, audience profile, and capabilities.
• Identify collaboration and cross-promotion opportunities to enhance content engagement and brand visibility.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to plan and execute live campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and analyze live performance data to optimize show quality, viewer engagement, and sales conversion.
• Prepare and maintain monthly data reports on GMV and live hours for each host to support commission calculation and performance evaluation.
• Provide strategic guidance to hosts on content optimization, diversification, and platform best practices.
• Stay informed on the latest industry trends, live commerce developments, and platform policy or algorithm updates.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
• Maintain clear communication with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective coordination and transparency.
