What You’ll Do
E‑Commerce Growth
- Own and grow online sales via the Upbound website and marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon (as we expand).
- Optimise product listings, bundles, pricing strategies, and promotions.
- Run A/B tests on landing pages and checkout flows to maximise conversions.
Digital Acquisition
- Manage or coordinate with agencies/media buyers on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Explore and test new digital channels, including affiliate marketing, search, and retargeting.
- Monitor CAC/ROAS and propose smart budget reallocations to improve campaign efficiency.
Retention & Customer LTV
- Build CRM flows via email, SMS, and WhatsApp to drive repeat purchases.
- Launch replenishment campaigns such as 30‑day reorder nudges or subscription pushes.
- Segment users into first‑time, repeat, and high‑value customers to deliver personalised offers.
Analytics & Reporting
- Own dashboards in GA4, Shopify, and marketplace BI tools.
- Track weekly KPIs: CAC, ROAS, AOV, Repeat Rate, LTV.
- Turn data into actionable insights to scale, optimise, or retire campaigns.
Growth Experiments
- Run rapid experiments: new bundles, flash sales, landing pages, referral codes.
- Document results and build repeatable playbooks to scale what works.

Who We’re Looking For
- 3‑5 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, CRM, or growth marketing (FMCG, wellness, or consumer goods experience preferred).
- Hands‑on experience with Shopify (or similar platforms), GA4, Meta/TikTok Ads, and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills and an owner’s mindset: proactive, resourceful, and solution‑oriented.
- Creative, self‑driven, and ready to thrive in a lean, fast‑moving team.
