Job summary
A healthcare laboratory company in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a clerical support staff member. The role involves providing office support through various clerical tasks, managing incoming calls, and keying in patient data into the Lab Information System. Additionally, responsibilities include coordinating express mail services and maintaining systematic filing of forms. Ideal candidates should be organized and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Providing office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
- Responsible for answering incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate sections.
- Key-in patients' data and tests requested in Lab Information System.
- Transmits FOMEMA's reports into FOMEMA's system.
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
- Providing office support with avariety of clerical activities and related tasks.
- Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate sections, mail distribution, as well as additional clerical duties.
- Key-in patients' data and tests requested in Lab Information System and FOMEMA system.
- Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate department.
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (e.g. citylink).
- Arrange dispatch boy to collect samples from respective clinics.
- Transmits FOMEMA's reports into FOMEMA's system.
- Keep on monitoring of FOMEMA's turnaround time.
- Arranges and filing all related forms (e.g Pathology Request Form) systematically.
