Purpose of The Role

To assist Assistant Manager in managing day-to-day operation activities mainly in picking and inventory management and fully adhering to company policies & SOPs.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan and release orders to picker according to customer delivery dates.
  • Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and confirmed in SAP before handover to dispatch team.
  • Liaise with KAM and CSU team on order processing schedules, urgent orders, and lifesaving items.
  • Work with the secondary repacking team (SR) to plan redressing, complete redress, and transfer stock to saleable after redressing.
  • Monitor stock on hand and inventory accuracy in the warehouse.
  • Perform monthly cycle counts for client stock.
  • Move and consolidate all short expiry, expired, and quarantine stock into a dedicated location (cage and lock).
  • Support Assistant Manager in managing product complaints, stock discrepancies, and internal damage by conducting investigations and root-cause analysis.
  • Deliver KPIs for picking and inventory management, including picking accuracy, inventory accuracy, and inventory write-offs.

  • Diploma or degree in Operations Management, Transport, or Logistics.
  • Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • MS Office—beginner to intermediate.
  • Experience with SAP.
