• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock control, documentation, and regular stock counts.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, tools, and facilities.
• Prepare daily reports related to stock movement, manpower, and operational issues.
• Handle operational issues and elevate matters to management when necessary.
