Job summary

A growing HVAC company in Seberang Perai is looking for a Warehouse Clerk to manage documentation, coordinate stock movement, and support general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should hold at least an SPM or Diploma in a related field and be computer literate. This role offers competitive salary, medical benefits, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive work environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm and Saturday 9am - 3pm.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business/Logistics or related field.
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, email, basic inventory software).
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in warehouse or logistics administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily warehouse documentation, including stock in/out records.
  • Update inventory system and coordinate stock movement.
  • Prepare reports for stock balance and delivery tracking.
  • Assist in coordinating with suppliers and transporters.
  • Support warehouse data entry and filing duties.
  • Ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling deliveries or stock transfers.
