Key Responsibilities

As a Voice Emergency Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of service to individuals in emergency situations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering timely and clear communication to customers during emergencies.
  • Operating CAD applications and utilizing MS Office tools to support emergency response activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards within emergency service environments.
  • Assessing and relaying information accurately while managing multiple communication methods.
  • Supporting flexible scheduling needs, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
  • Commuting to the office for the majority of the work schedule while meeting home network requirements for remote support if required.
  • Maintaining high attention to detail and professionalism in high-stress situations.
Job Requirements

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in emergency response or high-stress communication center environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to respond quickly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in CAD applications and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements in emergency services.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and nights.
  • Ability to commute to the office regularly.
  • Certification in CPR, emergency, fire, or police dispatch is a plus.
